My Yoga Practice in the B.K.S. Iyengar Method

Yoga in the B.K.S. Iyengar tradition is more than just physical exercise — it’s a path toward mindfulness, balance, and a deeper understanding of the body. In my life, this practice has become a daily ritual that teaches patience, precision, and presence. In this post, I share my yoga journey — from my first classes in Poland, through learning with wonderful teachers, to my home practice in Switzerland.
