Personal website

chmaj.ch is a website built and maintained by me on the HubSpot platform, available in three languages — Polish, German and English.

I treat it as a portfolio and an addition to my CV: a place where I can show what the skills listed on my CV actually look like in practice. There is also a personal side — articles, mountains and yoga — because I don't want it to be purely a professional showcase.

Putting HubSpot Academy certificates into practice

I have more than 20 HubSpot Academy certificates covering SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, analytics and HubSpot tools. This website is where I actually put that knowledge into practice rather than simply listing it on my CV: the content structure, SEO settings, organisation of individual sections and the way I manage content are based on what I have learned through these courses.

Having three language versions also provides practical experience in multilingual communication — and for German, it is an opportunity to use the language I am currently developing in a real project.

Website structure

The website has several sections:

  • projects and portfolio,
  • training and certificates,
  • marketing and technology,
  • Canva and graphic design projects,
  • articles and my own materials,
  • learning German,
  • hobbies — mountains and yoga.

Some of these are classic portfolio sections, while others are more open-ended and experimental. I treat them as opportunities to try out different content formats.

Canva and the visual side

I create the graphics for the website in Canva, using knowledge from Canva Design School and other courses I have completed. This includes combining AI-generated graphics with manual editing, which I also show in my Canva portfolio. I actually start the website design itself — its structure and content planning — in Canva before moving it to HubSpot.

Direction of development

The website has one more important function: it helps me decide where it is worth investing my time next. When I learn something new, I try to find an immediate use for it here or in another project — it is the quickest way to find out whether a particular skill is actually useful.

chmaj.ch therefore brings together several of my strengths — marketing, technology, data, organisation and creativity — while also serving as a reference point for what I want to learn next.
