At Klubik Orzełki (**[Polnischer Verein Luzern – Klubik Orzełki](https://klubikorzelki.ch/)**), I have been responsible for the organisation's day-to-day communication since April 2024 — social media, website and promotional materials, in Polish and German.

Every week, excluding school holidays and breaks in the canton of Lucerne, I prepare an announcement for the Wednesday meeting of one of the groups and summaries of the sessions for two groups. So far, I have written more than **250 texts** this way. In addition, I create regular posts, activity descriptions, registration announcements, updates and materials promoting events.

Almost all of the content on the Klubik website — texts, structure and event updates — has been created this way in two language versions. The only exception is the **“Welcome and Status”** page. On social media, around **95% of published content** is also my work: from the initial idea, through the text and graphics, to publication.

As part of this role, I:

- manage and develop social media communication,
- write posts, announcements, activity descriptions and session summaries,
- create graphics and promotional materials,
- add and update events and website content in two languages,
- maintain consistent communication across the website, social media and printed materials,
- take and select photographic documentation from activities and events,
- prepare materials promoting events and the organisation's ongoing activities,
- adapt the format and content of messages to the target audience — mainly parents and families using the Klubik's services.

The biggest challenge is not publishing itself, but **consistency and organisation**: the same rhythm every week, two languages, several channels at once — and making sure that everything stays up to date and consistent.
